High-frequency transistor generator — is a device that implements:

  1. hardening the internal surfaces of the holes of steel parts;
  2. surface hardening of parts such as a stock, shaft, gear-wheel of the gear shaft;
  3. heating of workpieces before such operations as plastic deformation, pressing, rolling, stamping;
  4. soldering of hard-alloy plates of metal-cutting tools with the use of soft and hard solders;
  5. heating of large diameter pipes before welding, many other operations related to induction heating;
  6. hot landing of such elements as bearings, as well as details of powerful engines and other equipment;
  7. heat treatment of welds;
  8. feeding induction laboratory furnaces.

EQUIPMENT VARIANTS

The HFTG models differ in power, operating frequency, mains voltage and output voltage. The name of the HFTG model reflects the parameters of the rated power and the nominal output frequency. For example, the HFTG model with the lowest power – HFTG -2.5 - 22 (power 2.5 kW), and the model with the highest power – HFTG – 250 - 22 (250 kW power). The second number in the name HFTG is, respectively, the nominal output frequency of the device. The full name of the HFTG also contains a three-digit number indicating the modification of the device. At the end of the name HFTG, the climatic version and placement category according to GOST 15150-69 are indicated.
