Recently, we received an order from the Ukrainian factory of brake discs, pads and systems for the manufacture of a wire annealing plant. The order is interesting in that it was necessary to come up with a system that allows not only to heat the wire, but also to wind it at the same time. Our experts quickly found a solution to such a difficult task. The result of the development was the VTG-80-66 manufactured for annealing wire with a feed mechanism (wire drawing).
The developed installation includes:
- HFTG-80-66 with integrated cooling station;
- heating block;
- inductor;
- wire feed mechanism;
- set of mounting accessories.
Tests of this equipment were quite successful. Customers are satisfied.
