The unique heating unit was recently tested and shipped. And now "Termolit" LLC is already preparing for new tests.
This time, an automated hardening complex based on HFTG-80-66 was developed for a Ukrainian agro-industrial company. A feature of the equipment is that it is suitable for hardening shafts and gears. The IHU-80-66 automated induction complex is designed for hardening cylindrical parts of the "shaft" type up to 1500 mm long and gears up to 350 mm in diameter.
This complex consists of:
- high-frequency generator HFTG-80-66;
- a heating block with a set of inductors;
- a device for extracting liquid from the reservoir, that allow rotate and move the inductor along the workpiece.
The tests of this installation unit were engrossing. The result pleased everyone.
The equipment is already ready for shipment and operation at the Customer's facility. Once again the team of "Termolit" LLC has proved that they can fulfill orders of any complexity!
