Hardening unit for an enterprise in Uzbekistan.
We completed the production of a hardening unit for a car repair plant in Uzbekistan. Equipment HTFC-80-66 with a hardening machine FORT-150 is designed for hardening shafts and gears.
Also tests were performed to verify the serviceability of this equipment.
Set of hardening unit includes:
- HFTG-80-66 generator with integrated cooling station - 1 pc.;
- Heating block - 1 pc.;
- Inductor - 1 set (consists of 7 inductors);
- Automated hardening machine for shafts and gears (for d = 150-1000 mm) - 1 pc.;
- Mounting kit - 1 set;
- Operational documentation - 1 pc.
