MELTING UNIT

assembly unit included in the equipment set of the electric furnace. The melting unit is structurally made in the form of a support frame consisting of two racks of welded construction, an inductor (inductor assembly) and two hydraulic plungers. The frame of the inductor assembly is made of stainless steel. Hydraulic plungers ensure the tilt of the furnace for draining metal to an angle of up to 95 ° in 20 seconds. It is intended for melting metals and their alloys.
